Working under stress has been one of the most frustrating times of our lifes.At that particular moment we are on the 
threshold of things which are outrageoues and things which one can never imagine of. Though every company is aware of how serious implications stress has on its employee’s thereby not only decreasing the employee output but also in some cases a lot of damage to the working place.
