top ten best iphone games 2011

iPhone games are on a roll, with games being the most searched and downloaded section in the App store, an average an iPhone game  has around 25000 downloads. When it comes to gaming, there are a lot of people who are looking for free games. Many game developers have started following a “lite version” strategy. Many premium games, now have a free version to get you addicted and entice you to buy the game. Here I have made a list of top 10 best free iphone games based on personal experience of me and my colleges. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but the games mentioned are surely worth a try.

My criteria for selection was :

a. The game should have some levels to play not just 1 level or game.
b. The game should be interesting.
c. Not the obvious entries. [Angry Birds lite,Jose Comes to USA, Mister Miguel and Infinity Blade]

Firefox Home is the latest app you should look out ,for you iPhone,iPods and iPads. Mozilla Firefox has recently updated their blog stating about their project.

“Firefox browsing history, bookmarks and the set of tabs from their most recent browser session. What’s more, it provides Firefox “Awesome Bar” capability that enables people to get to their favorite web sites with minimal typing.”

This seems exciting and the video below will explain how exactly firefox will work on your iPhone. But what remains to be seen is whether Firefox home will support flash or not? My guess is no!

iPed is the latest Chinese buzz these days, its a look alike of iPad. Even if you compare the two products look wise you can explain why they have kept their products name as iPed whereas its product manual spells it as Apad. iPed is powered by Intel microprocessor and its operating system is Google Android. Although Chinese products are no match for Apple’s quality which they haven’t been able to replicate on their Pod and iPhone clones. But the most attractive feature of every Chinese product is its price .

IPed is priced at ¥9,600 (US$105) comapred to the original Apple iPad ¥48,800 ($536).

Gameloft’s another sizzler, this time its the much  awaited Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. Recently  Gameloft has released its ingame trailer. The game’s screenshots were released earlier this month (in May) and now the trailer.

The game Prince of Persia Warrior Within is all set to release for iPhone,iPods on June 3rd.

Not only AT&T phones are facing this problem but also by other networks/countries.


Here are some solutions which can eventually boost your iphone signal strength :
Reset Iphone : Press Home + Sleep button simuntaneously.
Reset Network Settings : Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset network settings
Reseat Sim card
Replace Sim card
Restore Iphone
Give your iphone a full charge.
Third party Signal booster.
Attach tape to your sim card (As per some users)

Hopefully Apple with come with a firmware soon.
