Well ! this is what everyone of us wanted. Battery has always been a major concern as the mobile phones increase their utility in today’s world.Now, this concern might be diminished by this news.
Toshiba has finally come up with a cell phone which can last for about 13 days on standby and 320 hours of continuous working without a recharge. And guess what you can recharge your Mobile in seconds.
The battery of the cell phone is actually a methanol based fuel cell in which the electicity is generated by a chemical reaction between Methanol,Water and Air and the by products being water vapous and carbon dioxide.
Toshiba is soon to launch a battery charger based on same technology.
