Nokia to aquire Cellity
Nokia is all set to aquire german based contact management start-up, Cellity.
Based in Hamburg, Germany, Cellity AG was founded in October 2006 and offers innovative mobile and online communication services based on its own software technology.
The addressbook 2.0 feature within the cellity Communicator allows users to continuously update all their contacts from their phonebook, Outlook and social networks and communicate directly with them using all popular channels.
Cellity’s 14 employees will become Nokia’s employees after the agreement .Nokia has previously aquired many start-ups.It aquired Plazes last year and media sharing site Twango, several years ago.
