Chinese are known for copying and though they have tried to copy many electronic gadgets including the iphone [i68], ipod [ iPhone nano] they have always lacked the quality. Now they have come up with Amzon Kindle 2 [6 inches Screen] look alike check out the pic.
They say they will release it by the end of 2009, in Japan, for around 210$ . It includes a cellular connection (they say it needs a SIM card) to download new books, and will use their own ‘Apabi’ ebook software. [Source: e-ink-info & Techcrunch]
Amazon Kindle which comes for around $290 (Recently after a relaxation of $60 in the prices) has been in demand in America and European countries. The interesting thing is that it chinese copy known as “Wefound” isnt that cheap and provided that there is no guarentee for the quality of Chinese products the product might not be as successful elsewhere in thw world.
